Any uploads received after 5:00pm PST on Saturday, October 26th will be flagged as late submissions.
 
You MUST submit an ENTRY FORM for each film.
 
All film files must be exported and labeled according to regulations or they will be disqualified:

Uploads must be under 5GB.
